A small city-state in terms of land but due to the size of it's population no one picks a fight with it.
Nuka-City would become the jewel of the east coast. The City itself would be a center of trade and industry due to the re-production of Nuka-Cola and the construction of foundries. Nuka-City would turn from a collection of parks into a unified city with the countryside being turned into farming communities. Nah, should go with just a war happening in the Commonwealth but the Commonwealth ends up in the hands of the Nuka-World raiders with Nuka-World eventually turning into a giant city and taking the name "Nuka-City"
